Manav Vikas is a non-profitable and non-political grass root level voluntary organization. The organization found its genesis on 16th July 1994 in Hazaribag districts as one of the richest district in undivided Bihar, while at present Jharkhand for natural resources. But also a maximum people live in the districts below poverty line because lack of knowledge, illiteracy, superstition, exploited by vested interest person/middle men and also Drought effects. MV is formed towards helping people to raise their voice against exploitation, corruption, violence and infringement of basic Human Rights.
